The information is stored in the website’s administration system through Elementor Submissions and is also sent to our email. Access is limited to relevant employees and service providers with a legitimate need to access the information.

Information stored in Elementor Submissions is deleted no later than 12 months after it is received. Copies in our email system are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and follow up on the conversation you have initiated. If the enquiry leads to a quotation, project or customer relationship, the information may form part of the relevant customer and project documentation.

If an enquiry leads to a customer or project relationship, the information may be retained for as long as necessary for the business relationship and subsequent documentation.
